The premium path, run by people

Omega Suite is our proprietary construction operations software, available on its own. It is also the optional premium path for our management service: qualified staff plus an integrated environment for project controls, documentation and reporting. If you would rather we work in the systems you already have, that option stands equally.

02How the pieces connect

One record of the job, four ways to read it

  1. 01

    Production

Projects, phases and cost codes carry the daily quantities crews report. Unit rates and run rates come from those same records, so production is described in the units your bids use — feet bored, vaults set, footage pulled.

  2. 02

    Costs

Labor hours, materials and purchase commitments post against budgets by code. Cost-to-budget is a current position rather than a month-end discovery.

  3. 03

    Documents

Daily reports, photos, QC records and as-built markups are attached to the project and station they belong to, which is what makes a billing or closeout package assemblable instead of a scavenger hunt.

  4. 04

    Reporting

Everything above rolls into views built for owners and project managers: what got done, what it cost, what is missing, and what needs a decision.

Connections to other systems, including GPS and telematics, are scoped to the providers you already use and set up as part of onboarding. Nothing is connected automatically.
